No agent or other person of interest should intimidate or bribe the appraiser & the appraiser many not disclose any confidential information. (3) HOW YOU CAN HELP THE PROCESS? Collect any relevant documents, such as surveys, deeds, covenants, HOA documents, inspection reports, list of upgrades & recent comparables.
