(1) Be sure to add more office space & not the kitchen table. You need a dedicated & quiet space to crank up productively. (2) Make areas all over the house as flexible as possible. Such as a dining room into the living area, so could put a pool table in the DR. SHOULD HELP WITH SELLING A HOME!
