S. employment growth rates over the past few decades allows the TX Real Estate Center at TX A&M economists to offer more informed predictions of regional economic trends. The recession that has hit the nation so hard has been less severe in TX because of employment growth in the education & health services industries & the government section. We have talked about this before also. How fortunate to live in TX!
