TEXAS is ONE of 7 STATES in the BLACK!

Texas, Arkansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, West Virginia & Wyoming ALL operate in
the BLACK. The rest of the states have a % of shortfall from 15.9% in Arizona down to 0.9%

Aren’t WE GLAD WE ARE IN A STATE THAT ONLY SPENDS WHAT THEY HAVE IN REVENUE!
